We are looking for a team player to compliment our existing technical team. With excellent interpersonal and customer focus skills, you should be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge of supporting Microsoft Operating Systems, Office and bespoke In-house applications is essential. Experience of supporting Mobile Telephony / Smartphones would be advantageous.

The post holder will be expected to provide technical administrative support including assisting in procurement of ICT goods and services. In addition, maintaining and updating the corporate asset inventory is an important aspect of the role.
You should possess 4 GCSE passes (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics. Ideally the applicant should hold an IT related qualification e.g. A+, MCP, ITIL v3 Foundation. Consideration will be given to applicants offering relevant job experience, subject to references.
